I am an immigrant's child, a nurse for more than 34 years, raised two grown emotionally thriving sons, and now a black woman veteran entrepreneur who survived navigating through some marginalized conditions in the military, corporate government, and hospital settings. I recently medically retired after 20 years with the United Public Health Service as a Captain Senior Nurse Officer.

I am an ambassador for navigating hardship.  My son's witnessed me navigating my degrees and certifications in utero and in person! I've earned my RN, BSN, MPH, DHSc, APHN-BC, and recently my Executive Life Coach certification from Coach Training EDU.  I am ready to help professional women who feel marginalized navigate hardship, professional slavery, and burnout. In my journey, I used a 3-prong approach to manage the physical, intellectual, spiritual, and mental balance in life.
